If you just so happen to be looking for an additional way to support the sanctuary, we recently updated our Amazon Wish List with more gear that we will need to help care for our incoming new residents. There are even a few items on there that will help outfit new staff members (more details on their identities another day -sorry for the tease). Scrubs, non-slip water proof boots, nitrile gloves and a well-fitting mask (many of us use ones that require additional filters) are all part of our pandemic “uniform.”
Today I convinced a few (slightly reluctant) caregivers to model their uniforms in action:

Thumbs up to the Spring fashions provided by the human caregivers’ uniforms. Still, my dear Jody makes the most impressive fashion statement. Her fur has just the perfect color scheme, and it matches her beautiful eyes. Her external beauty radiates from her beautiful essence.
I LOVE these goofballs and YES-I swiped that phrase from J.B. bc it was funny (I now call my granddaughter a goofball who is studying buffoonery as a minor! Just to show you how much 4 years old little girls hears when you’d swear she was so into manning the controls on whatever that damn thing is you play games on your TV with; one of my friends stopped by and says “I see you’re STILL watching those monkeys….Grae said “you don’t even know the difference between a great ape and a money is?” My friend says….no I sure don’t! Grae rolled her eyes and said “monkeys have tails-the great apes do not!!! ?????
Let’s face it, gorgeous Jody could not sit there looking so perfectly perfect if you, you incredibly magnificent caregiving humans, weren’t decked out in and using all this much needed paraphernalia.
Thanks for reminding us of the critical components needed to keep CSNW rolling. It takes more than hope. Hard work is a reality too.
