2022 Annual Report
2019 Annual Report
Thanks to sanctuary supporters, 2019 was a year of big change. Phase 1 of the expansion was completed and three chimpanzees, Honey B, Willy B, and Mave, were rescued from Wildlife Waystation after it ceased operations, leaving 42 chimpanzees in limbo.

2018 Annual Report
2018 was a busy year with the ground breaking of Phase 1 of our multi-phase expansion project that will add needed additional space for humans, a medical clinic for chimpanzee care, and a quarantine space for new chimpanzees coming to the sanctuary. We also welcomed four rescued cattle to the sanctuary family who will help with firewising the 90-acre property.
Thanks to our hardworking volunteers, staff, and board members and the generosity of donors, with whom none of this would be possible!

2017 Annual Report
Thanks to Kathleen Corby for designing the 2014-2017 annual reports!
Though we are a chimpanzee sanctuary, 2017 was the year of squirreling. We acquired another property adjacent to the sanctuary while also setting aside funds and working on permits for the Bring Them Home Campaign for Expansion. 2018 will be the groundbreaking for Phase 1 of the expansion!
Big, big thanks to everyone who helped the sanctuary with another successful year full of planning for the future but also providing for the daily care of the seven chimpanzees here now.
