My, what big teeth you’ve got!

December 15, 2015 by Anna

The following photos are pretty great examples of why we have strict safety protocols and we never stick our fingers through the caging. Negra is an older chimpanzee, but she still has a pretty ferocious looking yawn.

Oh, my husband-the-dentist would probably say she should floss a little more… but Negra’s got a great set of incisors on her!

Depresses me a bit seeing Negra always hiding under a blanket. You told me it was partly due to finding security while in the labs. You also said it’s a habit she has just gotten used to. My dear Negra I hope you feel more good memories now and feel the love and care you have every day. ????
