Lazy Play

September 23, 2010 by Elizabeth

Chimpanzee play isn’t always rambunctious. Here’s a video of Foxie and Jody having a lazy morning play session.

Lovely footage of the gentle goings on between 2 friends. Like how Foxie tapped Jody and just keeps the troll at arms length. “You can have the stick to play with but not my troll”.

Loved the video. It is nice to see the genteel side every so often. Yes, Peter, I agree. I loved Foxie keeping the troll just out of reach and then climbing when she thought the troll might be had after all!

Wonderful to see them being so relaxed and having a great time, at the same time. I can’t remember the last time my best friend stuck her foot in my mouth!!

Oh how we love those crazy chimps!! 🙂

It’s great to see a video with Jody playing. We don’t get to see her as often as the others. Foxie has become an expert at playing and keeping her babies out of reach. I love the gentle, lazy kind of play they are having. Thanks for sharing!

Do they ever get mad at each other? All the videos show them getting along so well. . .
