Today was one of those rare quiet and peaceful days where the chimps were all busy doing their own thing. However, I was able to snag a few photos!
Annie ever-so slyly got Negra’s Gatorade bucket that she didn’t finish. Miraculously, Jamie didn’t even get mad once she realized Annie had it. But Burrito and Foxie intensely supervised Annie drinking the bucket of Gatorade. Annie also declined the opportunity to offer or share any.
Missy quickly came to Negra’s side to groom her while nesting.
And Dora had an especially nice morning eating her apples!

There is a video from a couple of years ago of Annie stealing Jamies smoothie with a long straw, while pretending she wasn’t doing anything. Hilarious.
So she knows how to take what is not hers……Just saying.

While I may not totally approve of Annie making off with Negra’s drink, I gotta admit that applaud Annie’s gumption! Way to go, Annie! Dr. Missy saw to it that Negra was taken care of. Standing in for Jamie were Food Police Deputies Foxie and Burrito. Never a dull moment!!

Ha, Ha, that’s my Annie and what gumption snagging Negra’s left over drink. This tells me that Annie isn’t a shrinking violet but decided to get her needs met. Good on her :thumbsup::heart::heart::heart:.

In all fairness, Neggie didn’t want the rest. So good on you, Annie Bird! You’ve paid the Negra Tax before, I’m sure, and the Jamie tax tons of times. You deserve a little extra something! I’m always rooting for the underdog. Annie, get your Gatorade!
