Fresh From the Garden

May 29, 2026 by Sabrina 5 Comments

Spring has sprung in Central Washington, which means our personal gardens are finally in bloom, so it’s time to cut some roses for the chimps!

Instead of enjoying the perfume of a bowl of roses at home, you chose to share with the chimpy people! Very kind of you!
Dora says, “Yes, I will accept your rose! I will accept ALL of the roses!” She reeeeeaally likes them–she stole one from the boss! I think we know what to do for her next birthday! Rose petal ice cream!
Terry is our own little Ferdinand.

What tore Georgie from the roses? A chance to cause a ruckus for the neighbors?

Terry is so sweet and his big hands are so gentle grooming that little rose. I can’t recall if I’ve ever seen Terry eating a rose. Does he like to eat roses or is he strictly a bug exterminator? Now Dora, she’s a rose enthusiast! Did Cy ever decide to eat one or did Dora abscond with all of them?

Thanks for always making each day special.

Terry is such a sweetheart. I love how delicate he is with his giant hands.
I didn’t realize Dora was such a rose fan! She even grabbed Cy’s! At least he didn’t seem to mind!

Oh, this video is just A-Dora-ble! I agree with Linda that Terry emulates Ferdinand the Bashful Bull.

June is the big birthday month at CSNW. Next Saturday is Dora’s big day, followed by Honey B, Negra and Terry the following week.
