George+Cy+Mave

November 20, 2025 by Anna

Today Mave joined George and Cy for a bit of an awkward introduction… Despite George’s discomfort, it seems like he is learning a lot from Cy’s leadership and that’s all we can ask for right now!

Im glad Mave had a break in her routine! I hope she gets some time with her other half!

Loved the Cy and Mave greeting! I hope, with Cy’s guidance, that George figures out Mave is one of the cool people.

Is it possible George sometimes is upset in the presence of females because of some adverse interaction with an older female he shared space with before coming to CSNW? Did you receive any info about that from the place he came from?

We do not have much detail about his past relationships.

Ah George, everybody loves Mave. You’ll find she gives great big hugs and loves grooming others. Give her a chance.

I dont think there is a better Chimp for Little George to learn from than sweet understanding Mave :revolving_hearts:
It seems she just really wants to help everyone, make things better, I will always remember how she went and hugged Jamie when she was so upset during the brief integration of Mave, WillyB & HoneyB into the original 6 …. So Sweet.

So how is Cy’s group doing? Any problems while the boss is away? Anyone trying to succeed him?

I think Willy B, Honey B, and Mave are still separated from the other Californians

They’re doing well. I don’t believe we’ve seen change to their hierarchy.
