It’s such a joy to watch Annie kicking up her heels!
Today, as caregiver Anna and I were cleaning the playroom, Anna commented that there was some serious chimp laughter coming from the front rooms. Sure enough, I found Annie and Burrito whooping it up!
Missy was sitting close by. I figured she was annoyed with the tomfoolery. Little did I know, she was simply waiting for her turn to be silly with her dear friend Annie. Pretty sweet!

Poor Missy looked so dejected, that’s her best friend! But it looks like it all worked out in the end, for all three of them!

How could anyone resist a play session with sweet Annie bird?! Missy was so patient, but you can tell she was just itching for a chance to jump in and play with her BFF!

Missy reminded me of soneone waiting to use a restroom stall and thinking whar’s taking so long. and then at last you get your turn. I’m glad everyone in this video had so much fun.

Ah, poor Missy, having to wait through a seemingly interminable delay. Still, her predicament could be worse: she could be a human primate in a doctor’s office waiting room, forced to endure an interminable wait while (CHOOSE ONE) either Faux News or the View is playing on the overhead TV set, and sensing that your IQ is diminishing by one point for each minute you are held in that particular limbo.
Regarding yesterday’s blog, the following suggestion:

As I was about to write, after reading yesterday’s blog, I researched about what wildlife preys upon rattlesnakes. Coyotes, bobcats, eagles, feral swine and even turkeys can take a bite out of a rattler population. I recall from the blog post from 4.28.2021 that Her Majesty was not amused at the presence of a coyote on her adjacent cow pasture, but, perhaps with some persuasion, Neggie could revise her policy and welcome coyotes into Her Realm in the interest of rattler reduction. It’s just a suggestion…

What a hoot watching that video and Annie and Burrito sure had some sassy moves together. Sweet Missy was very patient and reminded me of the days when you waited to be asked to dance – mind some would butt into the dancers. Not Missy though her patience was wearing a tad thin, but, yes, she had her turn. Fun and high jinks all around on that dance floor.

That was a great video. I’m not sure who I enjoyed watching most! Annie and Burrito were having so much fun. Missy patiently or maybe impatiently waiting for her turn was hysterical. The way she turned her back on the goofballs while she waited! I have to watch this again.

Love Missy’s “don’t mind me, I’m just sitting here all alone, have fun why don’t you?” body language. Glad she got her turn finally
