A blustery day

May 22, 2024 by Anna

Today was one of those brisk days usually reserved for April. That traditional Central Washington spring wind has swept a chill through the sanctuary, leaving some of us in a bit of a gray mood…

You might be able to spot Foxie deciding she’s better off going back inside:

Luckily, there are indoor activities aplenty for the chimpanzees! Like foraging..

Rayne and Gordo eat their lunch forage:

And food puzzles to work on…

Willy B fishes out peanut butter from his dipper tube:

And caregivers to spend time with…

Jamie grooms the hole in my scrub pants that I’m self conscious about.

And Honey B stares directly into my soul.

WOW! Shows once again the power of b/w photography. Fabulous! Thank you!
(I’ve been dealing with “customer service” at a major Cable/Internet company all afternoon, and this is a very welcome end to that.)

Jamie probably spotted that hole and wanted to make sure that you didn’t Sustain some Injury OR maybe She wanted to verify that nothing was Lurking Inside:rofl:…Count on Jamie to Scope out a Problem

Ah, a monochrome collection of photos and look how clear & sharp they are! A blustery day indeed but the mood of the chimps ( from these photos) still look very upbeat and nothing is going to stop that lunch forage with Rayne, Gordo and the gang. Thanks for sharing these magic moments.

Ah, Beezus, once again feeding on your soul….. That pic is the best of the bunch, Anna!
When was the last time not-so-little-any-more Luna stopped by to get a smush face from Beezus?
