For the Love of Chow

September 2, 2023 by Sabrina

During mealtime here at CSNW there isn’t much that Burrito looks forward to more than receiving his chow bags, he is careful to make sure not a speck of chow dust is left behind. Today I was able to document this love affair, enjoy!

A Boy and His Chow: A Series

Not that he would say no to having some leeks as well

And finally, Missy and Jamie also enjoyed a post-lunch grape feast from the vine next to their greenhouse this afternoon:

Lol, if Missy and Jamie don’t stop asking you guys to hand them some every now and then, there won’t be anything left for a big Harvest for everyone!
Those two really know how to keep an eye on the garden, don’t they?!

Aww, Bubba is so cute when he’s eating. He doesn’t miss a crumb, does he? And Missy and Jamie certainly keep an eye on those grape vines. Looks like Jamie got a bounty of leeks, too.

Our beautiful goofy Burrito on his barrel….what a great start to my day. Putting his whole head in the bag to get the last bits is a classic …….what a clown! Jamie and Missy are experts at food watching to get a share before the others realize……they deserve their prize.

That’s the only way to do it …..stick your head in there and inspect that nothing’s been left behind …..maybe we can make him a Sailors hat from it ?:hugging:More Grapes, Cantaloupes and Watermelon, nice and juicy, Corn ,too …..before the close of Summmer…Fall is almost here!:palm_tree::maple_leaf::maple_leaf::maple_leaf::fallen_leaf::maple_leaf::fallen_leaf::blossom::sunflower:Cooler days..Ahhhhhh

Oh Burrito! At first I thought he was whiffing the chow dust, but in those last photos I betting there’s no more dust left and Burrito is simply inhaling the chow essence.

It’s wonderful seeing Burrito, Missy, and Jamie enjoying a good feast. Perfect ending to my day!

It sure is chow time and these chimps must be bursting with health! Great to see them tucking in and having a ball. Thanks for sharing.
