Happy Day of Thanks to all of you. Thank you, thank you, caregivers! Thank you for everything you do, especially today. I give thanks there are compassionate, devoted people like you in the world. It touches me every year to see all you do for your chimp family on this special day.
The chimps excitement is palpable! And why wouldn’t it be? Look at that delicious feast you prepared for them!! You know everyone is content when you can hear a pin drop (exception : Jody and her dinosaur moans, but the sounds absolutely mean she is super satisfied!).
I so enjoyed watching the video. As always, you made my day. Thank you for being there for those who need you. Hope your evening finds you with family and/or friends who will care for you.

Oh! Terry’s excitement seen from below the window rivals Bubba’s food dances any day! He DOES love his food!
And Bubba loving the field roast so much, he skips over his favorite cider in order to snatch the roast off every plate!
Is Jamie coughing still because she’s inhaling food? Seems like I only hear her do that at mealtimes.
Please tell me Neggie got at least one roll!

This is the best! It didn’t find my mailbox until today, and it was worth the wait. Such excitement! Such joy! And isn’t that what this time of year is all about. So glad you were there to open up a sanctuary for these people, and to find the people who’ll help them and love them.
