“Happy Summer Solstice!”, wishes from Dylan Most!
Thanks so much, Dylan! We love that you’ve chosen these past many years to welcome the arrival of summer by giving a day of sanctuary to the chimpanzees, cattle and all their wild neighbors.

Thank you, Dylan! Happy solstice to you!

Thanks, Dylan, for your care and sponsorship! And to Katelyn — What fun these pics are! I have to wonder what on earth Jamie is looking up at and reaching for in her well-balanced posture on the ropes. Their balance amazes me. Jody certainly has a massive stash she’s gathered, and — Geez! Really? An entire pineapple in one’s mouth? I can’t even tell who that is! Talk about enthusiasm!
Linda C says
(I think she’s just got the prized top of the pineapple for wadging!)

For me summer isn’t official until the cicadas start singing!

Jody!!!:flushed::joy:
and Jamie pulling a ‘Missy’. WOW
Thank you Dylan. Have a fabulous summer!

Paulette, That was my reaction the first time that I saw the photograph of Jody. It took me awhile to realize that she was ‘only” savoring a pineapple lid as opposed to the entire fruit. It is a classic photograph, as is the one of Jamie atop the tightrope, looking and reaching upward.
Kathleen says
Jody!! :flushed: I know! Cracked me up. So did your reaction. Thanks for chuckle Paulette.

I was sure that was Missy on the fire hose, nope, Jamie!! I loved all of the pictures but my favorite today is Rayne relaxing in the greenhouse. I’ll look similar this weekend, sans the blanket, while I am sun bathing. I think summer has arrived in Seattle! Thank you Dylan for sponsoring today.
Laurie Mowat says
Rayne is the very definition of being relaxed. Going back to Diana’s post the other day, yes, I think they are living their best lives. Happy sunbathing!
Debbie says
Based on Jody’s haul I think bags and market baskets should be provided!:grinning:

I’ve pften thought the same thing. Honey B serms to be the only one who “gets” that she can use a receptacle (her cup) for a forage.
Kathleen says
Ahhh, one of my most favorite days. There is something in that photo of Foxie on the 4th that reminds me of Jamie — a glint in the eyes perhaps. I had to do a double take! A wonderful collection of photos. Meredith and Honey in their new and improved pasture, just beautiful…..the ladies and the scenery!
Thank you Dylan for sponsoring this day in honor of everyone at the sanctuary. Happy summer solstice everyone.
