Sunny spirits

November 21, 2019 by Anna

As Burrito continues to improve after his surgery, we have all slowly been able to take deep breaths of relief. Please enjoy these photos of the girls taking in some fresh air on Young’s Hill this morning.

Foxie and Jody

Annie

Here’s Jody with her “relaxed face and droopy lip” expression. This pretty much summarizes how I feel right now.

So happy to hear that Mr. B continues to recover from his injury. Enjoyed the photos of the ladies. Sending love and good thoughts to the chimps and their wonderful caregivers.

    The Boss seems content.
    This is good.
Anna, the last few pics I’ve seen of the Tiny One outside, she’s been out sans teoll….can it be!?
Continued wishes for rest for all.

Thank you for the update on Burrito. I loved the picture of him basking in the sun! Hopefully the weekend will be peaceful for all of you.

I am so happy to hear that Bubba is doing well; he is on my mind constantly. As are all the other chimp people and human people at the sanctuary. Thank you for the continued updates. I look for them everyday. Loving and healing thoughts to you all.

I can’t imagine how you all deal with what happened. I am sick about Burrito. Is burrito allowed outside at all my heart is just breaking for him.
