Whimsical Day

December 9, 2018 by Kelsi

There is some whimsical snow floating around and though the chimps didn’t really go out and explore much today, a few chimps like Foxie did partake in eating it! Foxie stood out by the raceway and found any way to get the snow without touching the ground.

Foxie:

You can’t tell from this photo is Burrito is quietly foot stomping. After his nap he erupted into a HUGE game of chase and tickle!

Oh, goodness, Neggie’s lips look like they’re about to slide right off her hace! Thanks for sharing more of the Fabulous Foxie!

I enjoyed every photo, thank you! Negra’s relaxed bottom lip is simply priceless. Wish I could have been there to witness Mr. B’s big tickle-chase, just thinking about it brought a smile to my face. Nothing is funnier than Burrito being ridiculously funny.

Of course, I love & certainly appreciate ALL the photos you post of these magnificent creatures whose innate intelligence will continue to FASCINATE me for the rest of my life…To me, there’s something so especially endearing about today’s photo of Neggie sleeping so sweetly & peacefully looking with the blanket draped over her head…I simply LOVE the look on her face with that slightly drooping lower lip of hers…It makes my heart squeeze with even MORE love & deep…deep… affection for her & her “family” of fellow Chimps…

In the second picture beneath the text, it looks as if Foxie is attempting to wadge some snow for later
enjoyment. Nonetheless, I can’t imagine that her meal of snow lasted too long if she participated in
Burrito’s Chase-and-Tickle game (How I wish that had been captured on video! I still look at the video from
March 2 of Foxie and Burrito’s grooming session that transpired into a wrasslin’ match! One of my favorites CSNW videos of this year!).
