Welcome rain!

September 19, 2017 by Anna

The structure we call “Twister” is a favorite pit stop for Jamie on her walks around Young’s Hill. It offers 360 degree views of the sanctuary property. This morning she spent some time taking in the scenery between rain storms. Fall is just around the corner!

What a beautiful image, and who better to stand guard atop the structure than a member of the local Fire Department. I wish Jamie and her companions much-needed rain…in moderation.

Ha haaa, I am laughing at Tobin’s wonderful comment above. Yes! The Twister looks very much like the old remaining Fire Towers in my area. I can’t help but imagine what Jamie must bee thinking as she takes in that outrageously beautiful view.
