I wonder what kind of day her and Dora had…. 🙂 Love hearing about chimps activities for the day, even the ‘boring’ stuff or what was the mood like around the sanctuary. The Young and Restless, Days of our Lives of the sanctuary world. lol

It’s a day later and as usual I check the blog first thing when I arrive at work. I must tell you that my heart sinks just a little bit when there isn’t a new post. This is not a criticism! nor a complaint! It’s a compliment!!! And I hope you take it as such. Your posts and pictures are so wonderful, so heartfelt, so well written, that they are the brightest spot of my day. When I see that there is no entry, at least so far that day, I think to myself that you must be feeding the chimpanzees, or cleaning the sun room, or chopping up all the fresh fruit and veggies that Burrito loves, or making chow bags, or putting together some super-creative, super-fun surprise for your charges, or moving supplies here to there or — heaven forbid! — taking a break.

So I for one am so utterly thankful for you and your colleagues and everyone that supports the sanctuary one way or another. I have only recently discovered the gorgeous seven, hissy fits and all, and through you, they have brought a new light into my life. What joy.
