Sippin’ success

March 7, 2010 by Diana

Yahooo! $7,200 raised last night at Sippin’ for the Seven wine tasting event in Roslyn. Lots of people to thank, which I will do tomorrow. For now – THANK YOU EVERYONE! It was a blast. Save the date for next year – Saturday, February 26, 2011.

Good to hear!!! It was a blast! Good food, good wine, good beer, great friends, and lots of fun. Thanks to all who put it together.

That’s great news! It was so much fun to mingle with people who share our passion and meet fellow bloggers (Hi Jeani!!). My friend who went with me is from Roslyn so I got a history lesson, a tour and got to sleep at her brother’s beautiful house where they graciously provided a bed and breakfast to us. Great news for the Seven and a great time had by all. Can’t wait until next year! (and I hope there’s no snow again!)

YAY! Congratulations!! We had a wonderful time!! Lots of great wineries (even one from Whidbey Island) and breweries! It was nice to see everyone, and to meet Felicity! 🙂 Can’t wait for next year!!

I am so pleased for CSNW and the chimps! Wish I could have been a part of it.

Hi Julie! It was so nice getting to meet new bloggers and catching up with old friends. Wow Julie, getting to stay in Roslyn!!! I’m jealous! And yes I’ve got my calendar marked. See everyone there. Buy your tickets early. Several of my friends told me they were coming and then couldn’t because they waited to buy tickets!

What a fab event, can we please have another one next month? (kidding) 🙂 It was so fun meeting the staff, volunteers and fellow bloggers (including the self-proclaimed “voyeuristic bloggers” – to you guys I say bite the bullet and start contributing on the website, the more the merrier!) Audrey, Margaret, Karen, Pam, Cindy, Margaret&Karen’s wonderful niece and many others – loved meeting you all, thank you for sharing your CSNW experiences. Pam – your centerpieces were gorgeous, you are my Martha Stewart idol. 🙂 GREAT work to all those volunteers, staff and sponsors who made the event possible, it was obvious that everyone had a blast and yay for that $7,200!

OK Felicity, I want to meet you next time! How did we not this time?

Jeani, I was thinking the EXACT same thing when I saw your entry this morning! Darn! Maybe we’ll have to both carry a red rose at the next event, so we don’t miss each other. (Or perhaps, more appropriately, sport a tutu, or a single sock on one arm…?) 🙂

i like the tutu or the sock! LOL Which side of the mountains do you live on? Maybe we don’t have to wait for another event. I’m on the west side.

I’m on the west side too…hmmmm, I sense a chimp-related opportunity in the making. When you get a sec, please email me ([email protected]) and maybe we can plan a get-together for some “Westies” to meet up and do something for the CE 7? Come on all you Westies out there, you gotta represent! 🙂

Westies unite! We can all wear a single sock and tutus when we get together! 🙂 (or not! 🙂 )
