Adventures in a Tutu

June 30, 2009 by Sarah

Yahoo!! We are officially over the $7000 mark! Yay for Candace and her very generous donation today! Thanks so much to everyone who helped us reach our goal. And thanks to all our readers for supporting the CSNW family. We couldn’t take care of our seven wonderful friends without you!

So, as promised, here’s the video of Jamie exploring the outdoor area in a tutu. Thanks to Laura for the tutu manufacturing and donation! You’ll see Jamie climbing, brachiating, rolling the culvert, and lastly – trying to poke the camera. A good adventure, right?

I do believe that’s the prettiest tutu yet, I love they way it flutters in the wind. I was wondering do you ever show the videos to the chimps, I think Jamie would like to see herself in her tutu.

Jamie is really an artist in the newest dance form – 3D ballet!!! Her swings and leaps are so elegant in her new tutu. What a great way to celebrate such a successful month and first sanctuary year!!!

Jamie has style. Paris Hilton has nothing on her. She sure is a cutie. Thanks for sharing.

It’s great to see how fascile they’ve gotten with brachiating, climbing, dropping, etc. They are clearly so much stronger and coordinated than they were when they arrived. Hurray for physical activity!

That is so cool!!!! Jamie you are a true artist in every aspect. Was Jamie walking on a ball to get over to the walkway in one part? I keep watching to tell if it is but need to ask.
Sarah, this was worth the wait. Thank you!!
