Oh my! What day. We have been thinking of the party all day and checking the blog from time to time in case some reporting had been done! Isn’t the last photo of Missy just perfect? Isn’t that the sign of a GREAT party? Happy, exhausted sleep at the end of the day! Sweet dreams.

I’m laughing out loud! These are GREAT!!! I just keep thinking “oh these are the best pictures ever” – but I can’t choose a favorite….there are so many that are just indescribably awesome!!!!!
Also “the Party is On” ~ Patty has generously offered to have it at her house in Cle Elum. We will be making enrichment things for the chimpanzee’s. We’d like to learn by the end of this week, how many people are interested in coming – we haven’t chosen a date yet….please just let us know if you’re interested and we’ll go from there. If you’d like to come, please email me at [email protected]. Thanks!!

Looks like a fun party with many enrichment toys, however, are these chimps part of a family and if so, do they live in a house together with ability to socialize and to go outside as a group?

Looking at these photos, I am struck by all of the beautiful colors that the chimps are surrounded by. That warms my heart.

Hi Karen,
All seven of the chimps that you see in the housewarming party photos live together as a group. We’ve been trying to post portrait photos so that people who read the blog can get to know them individually. They live in a “house” specially designed for them, with an outdoor area that is currently under construction – see our earlier post to check on the progress.
