Thank you, Donna, for remembering both your twin sister Doreen and my little sister, Jody. There is a light which illuminates from their souls which we carry within our hearts, a light that never goes out.
And thank you, Katelyn, for your selection of today’s photographs. I am quite amused at the picture of Jody, Jamie and the Snow Trolls. As with the picture of Neggie and Jo, I sense that an elaborate inside joke is being conveyed. Oh, to be able to read their minds…
I love all of these pictures of JoJo, but the first one is my favorite. I can’t believe it has been two years already, may she continue to rest in peace.
Seeing Jody’s beautiful face when I opened my computer this morning, filled my heart with wistful love and happiness. Wherever you are, sweetest Jody, you are living in light, I know that for sure.
Thank you Donna for honoring your sister Doreen and are chimp sister Jody. Both were important to your life and loved by many. Their memories will be with us always.

These photos are simply sublime! I love them all, but that image of Jody and Jamie, look how happy Jody is! Oh how I miss photos of her droopy bottom lip. The last photo of Negra and Jody is also very touching. Two happy girls, just enjoying each other‘s company. Sharing a giggle. I love the way Neggie is looking at Jody.
