Cold November Rayne

November 8, 2022 by Chad de Bree

Okay. So the title is a little misleading. Besides it being cold and snowing outside, Rayne has stuck to being inside most of the day, nice and warm in a nest. I just had a certain song performed by an 80s rock group stuck in my head today.

Today is, however, our monthly staff training day. Since training takes up most of the afternoon, there wasn’t much time to capture photos for a blog. To compensate, here are some photos, old and new, of Rayne looking snug as a bug in a rug!

Oh my goodness! Rayne is so fantastically photogenic! I wish I took such flattering photographs! ? That fourth one down in particular looks as if she is a model on a fancy photo-shoot somewhere. Thank you for sharing these terrific photos of beautiful Rayne.

Wow! Sleeping in the chute! Nice! Maybe SHE will be the one to lead the others out!
Thanks, Chad. Hope the training went well

Thanks for taking the time to entertain us with these wonderful pic’s of Rayne.
My favorite would have to be sleeping in the chute, she looks cozy, in her sunspot.:revolving_hearts:

These are fabulous Chad! Seems every day I just fall in love more and more. My favorite is the second from the bottom. But I too like the one in the chute because, as Linda says, I hope she will be a leader to the Bray!

Ohhh, Chad, thanks so much for this lovely compilation! Makes me drowsy just seeing how cozy and comfortable she’s made her nests in their various locations. I really need to try holding onto one of my feet with a hand when I nap & see if it enhances the experience since she looks so very contented in those shots!

Love you Rayne! We suddenly got cold in University Place (Tacoma) and I find wearing jammies until 2:00pm comphy. Chimps are definitely our cousins. Great pictures today……actually every day.??

Not that you needed to compensate, but compensate you did! Rayne appears to be the Queen of Cozy!

I think she gives Neggie a run for her money when it comes to cosy nesting…..
