Today’s is Gordo‘s birthday! His birthday party had it all! Boxes! Noodles! Costumes! And ice cream! The ice cream was a special homemade batch made by Dr. Erin out of bananas, blueberries, and maple syrup! To say the chimps were excited is an understatement.

What a great birthday party! Boxes, pasta, ice cream cones, humans dressed up in funny costumes. Best of all is hearing the happy food grunts from the Birthday Gordito himself! I am so glad that he has a new bestie in George with whom to begin what I hope is another good year of life.
