Thank you for the birthday wishes – yet what I’m truly GRATEFUL for today is that I am not a pal of George’s! And that my amazing husband and girls sponsored a day of sanctuary in honor of my birthday. Seriously – when I woke up this morning (I ready EVERY blog, EVERY day) – and I saw this… I admit, a grown man cried. I just love George and his courage. And I love ALL of the chimpanzees at the sanctuary. And I’m additionally GRATEFUL for the amazing leadership of DIana and J.B. – and the entire staff and volunteers at CSN. THANK YOU! And HAPPY BIRTHDAY to me! ?
OH GOSH – how do you edit this thing? It should read, “… that I am NOW a pal of George’s!” Boy oh boy – one word can make a big difference. Ugh! LOVE YOU, GEORGE!
