It’s currently hot in central Washington! We’ve been mostly enjoying cooler weather this summer, with occasional bouts of hot hot heat. Today and tomorrow are supposed to be nearing 100 degrees F, but then it’s supposed to drop in temperatures again. Phew! Stay hydrated out there!

I love seeing these adorable chimps with Burrito tucking into his largesse and George being very creative with that sock and waist band. A fashion guru. I know you have creative ways of keeping cool. You’re gonna need them all! My AC went out last Thursday here in Florida. But I’ve taken some tips from you. Frozen juice. Lots of cold refreshing fresh fruit. And it’s amazing what a few fans can do when your skin is sweaty. and cold showers! Too bad the chimps don’t shower. but I think you have misters right?
Paulette- a bowl of ice cubes in front of the dan. Seens silly- but works! I used to do it for my cat (and you know how they hate things blowing in their faces). I hope you get it fixed soon!

Indeed it is a warm summer here in Oregon/Washington. Frozen waterbottles and fresh friut is a plus.

You would never know it’s hot in Cle Elum, the boys look calm, cool, and collected! And stylish when it comes to George! He’s wearing a sock like Missy and a waistband like Annie. Yup, George fits right in.

I was wondering how the group of 9 is doing, now they are all together again with less space because of George.

Thank you for sharing pictures of George, it heals the hearts for all of us that fretted over his living conditions. I am curious how large his wardrobe is since each video/picture posted of him shows him wearing a different color headband around his waist. ?
Since Missy likes socks and Annie likes waistbands- they have a ton- they even have some for holidays! Between these things and blankets- their washer and dryer go pretty much all day. Every now and then, these items will appear on their Amazon wish list (like socks with tomatoes on them for Missy’s birthday- which is coming up any day now!)
