I love George. He is such a welcome addition to the CSNW residents. I look forward to seeing him integrated into a group. His future is indeed bright.

That was funny  trying to shake mashed sweet potaoes out of a kong. He’s definitely a determined dude right? And he seems high energy too. Maybe not quite Bubba energy, but it’s early days. 😉

George was enjoying every tiny morsel of yummy sweet potato in that kong. Good for him.

George IS a sweet potato! His reaction after he finishes his Kong is the best part. So satisfied and ready for another! Appears George had no problem solving the more challenging food puzzle. Adorable, skilled, playful, and smart—not to mention that George is now very lucky.

What a whirlwind for George! From one or two caregivers and a few recognized visitors to a ride in a truck, a whole slew of new people, stairs, a chute! and hearing other chimps nearby! And now, new foods!
Bake those pepper halves with sweet potatoes in them, maybe he’ll eat the vessel as well as the sweet potatoes! Looks like he’s had a lot of sweets before, time to adjust his palate.
He also has long hands, not as long and delicate as Annie’s, but close!

I had to laugh at the inventive techniques he used to get to every last bit……tongue in, fingers in, shaking……I was only thinking yesterday after JB’s video that a Kong might be good and here you are, one step ahead!

I see George is getting the hang of this whole “enrichment” business! Seems like he’s having fun, especially if some freshly baked sweet potatoes are involved!
