Through the years, we have all watched as Willy B has become more and more comfortable exploring The Bray.
Today, without the reassurance of his friends, Willy B ventured all the way to the top of The Bray! He traveled about as far away from the building as he could get, and climbed up and down the highest structures like he’s been doing it his whole life! While sitting atop the structures, he took in his surroundings, feeling the spring sunshine on his face and the breeze in his hair.
What a lovely way to spend an afternoon!
And a beautiful afternoon it was!
Glad he’s over his fear of the grass, though I will miss seeing him in his tubboat!
Is he sill the only one who has taken a nap outside?
What a great sight to see. From my observation point (2,000 miles east), it appears that Willy B seems more relaxed and confident in his new living arrangement without the need to aggress against one of the boys. Alas, he does have three very congenial housemates.
Quite an accomplishment by Willy B. He must be very proud of himself.
Thank you for sharing this happy event.
Bravo Willie B. you are setting your own goals and going at your own pace. what a sense of satisfaction that must be now that you have overcome your fears. i hope your friends gave you high five when you returned.
How incredibly frightening it must feel to be one small creature in so much open space! And how brave of Willy B. to continue to explore on his own. And what a triumph to have the support of his buds upon his return! Bravo, Willy!
I didn’t notice even a moment of hesitation on that walk! I got a chuckle from the enthusiastic greeting he got upon his return, so cute. Keep it up Willy B.
Go Willy!!! Look at him go! It’s amazing how confident he’s become outdoors!
Needed a break from the ladies??………(Joke!)
William, Conqueror of The Bray
Wow, nothing is going to hold this boy back. Watching him climb that ladder to the platform with such determination was a joy to behold.Willy B you are a champion!:sparkling_heart:
Go Willy B!!! What an accomplishment!!! What a brave boy!!!! I am so proud of him!!!! The Bray is such a wonderful place for them all to be free and explore.
Amazing! That took courage. Sometimes it’s easier to brave through your trepidations alone, with no pressure from others watching you, just you in the moment facing your fears head on and at your own pace.
Perhaps Willy B has found his comfort zone living as the only guy amongst the Girl’s Club? Makes no difference if he’s the “leader” or not, maybe just being the only guy allows Willy to chill out and find some mental and emotional peace. Living in an optimum environment isn’t easy if your inner emotions are struggling to cope with your unexplainable uncertainties. I bet Willy B felt pretty darn good swaggering towards home in front of the guys! He seemed to be saying “Look at me now!”.
What an inspiring video! Good for Willy B! We can all learn a thing or two from Willy B!
