For a little caregiver fun, we would like you to decide which snowperson is the best. You can base your decision on whatever subjective aspects you choose (though please do let us know how you based your decision).
All three seemed equally enjoyed by the chimpanzees. Please leave your votes and commentary in the comments!
Hat Snow Person:
Reclined Snow Person:
Lettuce-Head Snow Person:
Thanks for playing along!
Diane DePoe says
Hat Snowperson.
Actually all were cute!
Cindee says
I’m going to have to say Hat Snow Person because he/it looks like Gordo to me!
Bonnie says
i really like all of them. Very cute.
Susan C. says
I am not even sure why I am choosing ‘The Reclined Snow Person’. Creative and hysterical for sure. All three Snow Persons could win a prize. I think the edible features attracted the chimpanzees right quick.
Thank you for the fun for the chimps and humans today! ?

Lettuce Head Snowperson has a nice smile and the veggies add lovely color contrast to the snow! 🙂
Susan Kathleen Feeley says

Lettuce head snow person was a bit creepy but also cute and gets my vote.
Amy says
Lettuce Head all the way! Those happy eyes, the cheerful expression! Looks like somebody’s sweet grandma!
marianne says
I totally agree….Lettuce head is my favorite too; love the grandma-look.
Recliner snowperson ( thank you for including every gender by not calling them MAN!!) had a bit of a develish look through those eyes…..
Cindy Marks says
Lettuce head looks like a sweet, impish older person with a twinkle in their eye! Reclining snow person looks puzzled about something in a very cute way! Now don’t kill me….as soon as I saw hat snow person I saw JB looking intent about some project!!! And my vote is for hat snow person…they are all great and very engaging and from the looks of it very tasty!!
Cindy Marks says
Lettuce head looks like a sweet, impish old person with a twinkle in their eye! Reclining snow person looks bemused and puzzled and very sweet! But my vote goes to hat snow person (and please don’t kill me…) I think they look like an intent JB very focused and thinking about some project!!!
Janet D says
I love Hat person because, most of you won’t know the movie character from when I was a kid and now I’m 67. the movies were about Ma & Pa Kettle! sweet silly and funny. Hat Person reminds me of Ma. She was Ma to a bunch of kids and Pa was hysterical. Such a good memory! Thank you!!!
Dan says
Marjorie Main and Percy Kilbride were comedy giants. Echoes of them in many later movie/TV characters.
Janet D says
I loved them as a kid and still think of them fondly. Thanks for reminding me of their names!
Terry Stockdale says
i like snow hat snow person. face looks most chimp like. Also chimps might enjoy hat and shawl.
Debbie Reintzell says
When i saw the first one, Hat Snow Person, I thought “how cute is that?” Then I saw Reclined Snow person and thought “oh I love the green bean mouth!”. But Lettuce Head Sniw Person instantly reminded me of my grandmother for some strange reason. Lettuce Head Snow Person definitely takes the cake!! Or should I say, takes the veggies!!!
mo says
All are fabulous. I like Hat because its face reminded me of a chimpanzee.
Gaynell says
I’ve always believed beauty is in the eye of the beholder, ahem, chimp. So whatever was their favorite is good for me. But I really liked Hat Snowman. For some reason he gave off the assuredness of a leader, my favorite guy Cy. But, I applaud the handiwork of all those who are already busy with their daily tasks but took the time to be creative and make edible, not abominable, snowmen excuse me, snow persons.
Michelle says
Lettuce Head for me, has unusal look. We don’t have real Snow Men in Australia, just lots of sunshine and hot weather.
Happy holidays to you all :santa: :heartpulse:
Susan Kathleen Feeley says
I know that feeling, Michelle, living here in Sydney. Snow and snowmen are to say the least thin on the ground! Thank God for the snowy capers at CSNW.
Kelly Korkes says
I love them all! If i had to choose, I’d say Grandma Lettuce Head- she looks like a sweet snow person who bakes treats and pant- hoots ? Happy and safe holidays to everyone at CSNW!! Love from sunny Florida :sun_with_face:
Kathleen says
Oh, do I have to vote for “the best”? Each one is “the best” but for different reasons. Each so creative! And everything, including all the snow, is edible and useable. Hat Snow Person, at first glance, made me think of Burrito! Something in the ‘ears’, cheeks, and eyes, and I also thought of Bubs with a stick in his mouth. Nice use of scarves and so much personality in that face.
Reclined Snow Person is hysterical, and am I the only one who instantly thought of Gordo?! He is the Sit-In-Box Specialist after all. Ten points for thinking outside the box (couldn’t resist) and creating a new perspective in snow people structure. Love the blueberries.
And Lettuce-Head is simply adorable and colorful and made me think of a character from my past— Mr. Peepers, played by Wally Cox. But your snow person is much cuter. Love the eyes and toothy grin. Such a sweet expression!
To the artists, than you for always going above and beyond for chimps. I think you made Jamie’s day.
Barb says
For most edible-the Tony goes to Hat snowperson
for most Beight using the yummy yellow bell pepper-Smow oerson 3/lettuce head
for Best use of “buttons” the Reclining snowperson.
Linda C says
It’s really hard to choose between the top one and the bottom one. The bottom one has such a delightful, goofy look on their face! And the middle one (in their ice bath?) is cute, too, considering whose house/box he’s in. But without a doubt, Hat person on top takes the prize! As others have mentioned, it looks like a snow chimp, especially the ears. Take away the carrot, and it’s a chimp– I don’t know why I was thinking of Jo, but I was.
Fun idea! Glad that everyone is enjoying the snow! We’ve only had a dusting here, just this weekend. And I’m ok with that!
Caroline Mann says
lettuce head. she looks like a very lovely old lady.
Eli says
They’re all great! I’m going to go with Jamie’s pick: the hat snow person! Clearly has a great sense of style!
Adrienne says
Bathing – or Reclined – Snowman’s lazy attitude grabbed my attention first, and since he has the lowest scores, I vote for him even more eagerly!
Paulette says
I have to choose the relaxed snowperson, simply because I’ve never seen a snowperson in any position other than upright. So, relaxed snowperson for originality.
Glenda Brandner says
Reclined snowman, Burito all the way.
lol
Paula M. says
Lettuce Head! Reminds me of my grandmother who wore the wildest big-rimmed glasses.
Theresa Leone Davidson says
I love them all but reclining snowperson gets my vote!
Penelope Anderson says
All three very cute, but lettuce-head snow person caused immediate laughter!
Diane Kastel says
I ENJOYED THE, LETTUCE HEAD, SNOWMAN BECAUSE OF THE, ORANGE, PEPPER, SLICES FOR EYES!
