Through the Greenhouse Glass

January 22, 2023 by Jenna

Enjoy today’s video featuring Burrito and his Greenhouse shenanigans!

Also I wanted to thank everyone who attended our Positive Reinforcement Training virtual visit this afternoon! I am glad we got to share that aspect of the sanctuary and answer questions.

Yesterday, Diana wrote about the natural surroundings of the sanctuary that bring her a sense of awe. I have had many moments where I felt a sense of awe as well. I thought I would share two of my iPhone photos with all of you today. Both pictures were moments where I just thought, “Wow”.

    Thanks, Jenna!
I feel like Burrito could probably give you blog content every day, and most of us would never tire of seeing it!

I see the ladies are still keeping an eye on the big men next door….was that Jo and Annie?

I’ve got those same views, if you overlook the houses and cars parked all over the place…….

Thank you, Jenna and Anthony, for your presentation today. While I use PRT with dogs, some of the process is different when working with the chimps. And the necessity to train behaviors for medical intervention has always fascinated me. Fantastic to see how quickly Cy took to the foot box! I greatly appreciate your time and expertise today. Thank you to Grace and Diana and all the chimps who volunteered to demonstrate as well.

Jenna, these two photos are gorgeous. The kind of scenery that stops you in your tracks and you find yourself exclaiming out loud over the breathtaking beauty. Ethereal!

Loved the video. Oh Bubba. Oh Jamie!
