As mentioned on Sunday’s blog, this week is busy busy for all the caregivers and for the chimpanzees involved in the introduction process. For today’s blog please enjoy some photos from my personal collection.

Jody eating some apples this morning:
Missy enjoying some plant-based non-toxic soapy bubbles:
I had to take the opportunity of capturing Rayne on a nest in the grassy floor of Oakwood green house (sorry for the low quality of my phone):
Rayne again:

No “just” about it, these photos are small jewels! A beautiful portrait of Betsy and shadow. Always makes me smile to see Farmer Jo with hands (and mouth) full of healthy fresh food. And I’m wondering if Missy is looking cross-eyed down towards her bubbly mouth. I love the way the sun is catching the little bubbles escaping into the air around her. Lastly, would someone peel Rayne a grape please!? Or I guess I should say peel her a raisin since she is relaxing directly below a raisin board.
Thank you Sofia! Hope all is going well.

“Peel Rayne a grape, please”. I get the reference. Very funny.

Thanks, Sofía!
Fingers still crossed!
Good to see Rayne feeling comfortable enough to hang out on the ground!
And apple season! Jamie must be thrilled!
I’m not a painter, but there is something about your Betsy pic, her colors against that blue blue sky….if there any any blog readers.today who are painters, let me know if you agree!

Rayne in the nest – I would’ve sworn that was her half sister Honey B!

Good to see Missy enjoying some bubbly. Betsy casts a picture-perfect silhouette on the ground. And Jody is just the apple of my eye.
(P,S.: Say Rayne, there’s no rain in the forecast: You should check out the outdoors today).

No such thing as “just” photos. These are great! So glad to see Rayne being willing to go on the grass. Her nest is perfect! All is well with the world. Thank you.
