Girl Gang

October 22, 2019 by Kelsi

As some of you might know Jody, Jamie, Missy, Foxie, and Annie are in phase 1 together. We recently have been calling them the “Girl Gang” because, well, that is what they are. They are a bunch of hoodlums up to no good. Okay, well that might not be true, but they are a bunch of tough chicks ready to take on whatever comes next! What is next you might ask? Well, that plan is still being worked on, in the meantime enjoy some photos of these independent women!

The girl gang was enjoying some time outside on Young’s Hill. But they were also on a mission. They were doing patrols, checking the raceway, and surveying the land. After everything looked clear they sat in the Chute looking eagerly at Negra, Mave, Willy B, & Honey B.

Missy sprinting around the Hill:

Fierce Foxie:

Annie:

After their Hill adventures everyone enjoyed a bit of time inside.

That’s a formidable title, Kelsi! What a bunch of tough chicks, lol!
Good night, no one does a play face quite like Jo, do they!?
And “fierce Foxie”, indeed….I see she didn’t escape scott free from that ruckus. So happy to see some of them enjoying the Hill; can’t wait for the”new kids” to get outside and explore…did they have lots of space to roam in at Wildlife Waystation?

I love looking at their beautiful faces. I am currently mesmerized by Jody, who sometimes makes
me laugh out loud with her surprised look! It’s good to see some of the old bunch all looking content,
and I hope they can all find a way to be together soon. Many best wishes go out to all the caregivers,
who must be having the hardest time of all.

Eeek, it does look like everyone is wearing a battle scar. But it also looks as if life is back to normal for the Girl Gang. Let us know if the Girl Gang figures out that Y lock! (Keep Jamie away, she’s got the tools.)

Haha, Kathleen, if they figure that lock out, EVERYONE is gonna be too busy to grab a camera or wrote anything!

“They are a bunch of hoodlums up to no good.” Say what?! They’re up to something, no doubt, but the look on Jody’s face in that very top photograph seems to indicate a decidedly benign intent: specifically, how to open the mysterious Y door?

Glad the girls are getting out on young’s hill. Is burrito going to be ok going back into his old group since he has been separated from them for awhile. Has burrito gotten outside I am very worried about burrito. Sorry I can’t help it.
