The one with Jody, Jamie, & Missy

August 13, 2019 by Kelsi

These chimps were having so much fun this afternoon! Foxie was spinning, throwing dolls, and running around with Caregiver Katelyn. Missy was wanting to be tickled by caregivers and ripping up boots. Unfortunately, I couldn’t really get any photos. Tomorrow there will be a video of Missy, but rest a sure I have lots of photos to share!

I love this one of Jo with a troll doll not too far:

Annie laid back:

And this morning we found Annie wearing two sweatbands! TWO!

After Jamie and I looked at #cowboyboots on Instagram, she decided to relax on a barrel in the Playroom:

Jody enjoying her apples out on the Hill this morning:

What fun they all are having. Just like human – they are all different and like different
things. How wonderful to see that. Kudos to all of their caregivers and donors.

    TWO sweatbands! Wow!
Oh, yay, apple season is almost here, Jamie! (I noticed there were plums and some WA state cherries in those watermelon bowls, and thought that soon you trees will be full- will the cattle get the windfall fruit? Not too much, I hope)

Ah, too bad that Foxie’s spinning couldn’t have been captured on video. To compensate, these still photographs are more than adequate. Annie rocks her sweatbands or, in her case, perhaps they are “waistbands”; in any event, her girlish figure endures. And Jody and the troll doll? Jody’s eyes could melt a stone! How did the CSNW wind up with such beautiful residents?

    What a wonderful day! A two-waistband-day!!

Does Jamie ever get upset if another chimp rips up boots? Even play boots? I mean, the sacrilege! I’m sure The Boots as in Jamieboots never make it into the playroom. Those are the real boots.
