The One With Jamie & Foxie

August 20, 2019 by Kelsi

Let’s just ignore the fact that summer is almost over, because I am in pure denial and enjoy the weather. I mean take a look at Foxie and Jamie!

Foxie was enjoying the warm breezy morning lounging with a tiny troll doll:

Jamie had work to do before she could relax this morning. She beat the heat and did some patrolling on the Hill:

Bonus photos…

Willy B, he makes my heart feel so full:

Willy B also likes his photo taken!

Honey B, seriously she is so amazing:

I’m glad Jamie can pull herself away from banging on the Howdy door
long enough to get her other chores done.
And is it just me, Or is Willy B Really Really Cute !!!

Aw, Kelsi, Jamie smiled for you! ?
I agree, I’ll say it again….Mr. Willy B is a handsome fella! Glad theyee taking to you and the camera already, though maybe the camera helps!
Way too soon to think of this yet, but I was thinking that maybe they’ll all meld well at first due to the novelty, but then after a while a power play would happen, after they’ve gotten to know each other and alliances have had time to shift….but I’m not getting a “challenger” vibe from him any more than I do from Mr B……well, I guess we’ll have to call Burriro/Bubba by his name now, since there’s a new Mr. B in town!

How old are the 3, and of the 3, who seems to be in charge? Mave?

Oh Kelsie, I hear you about summer slipping by too quickly. I am in total denial. I wish we could begin with Memorial Day all over again to prolong summer for as long as we can. It looks as if Foxie and Jamie are enjoying these warm summer days too. Jamie is gorgeous in the second photo where she is looking into the camera as she patrols her home.

And I am with you when it comes to Willy B. Is he as dashingly adorable in person as he is in photos? I love his white, perfectly trimmed goatee. I confess, I was all over Wildlife Waystation on Instagram and saw some great photos of the three and I learned a thing or two about them as well. Wildlife Waystation will always be dear to me for caring for Booee, one of my most beloved chimpanzee fellows. Sigh…..

So funny how they like their pictures taken. Must be a sign of total contentment
and happiness all around. Love the jobs they do an responsibilities they take on.
    Beautiful chimps.

How nice to learn that Willy likes to share his visage with the camera, which is convenient given his photogeneity (sic). Meanwhile, why do I get the impression that Jamie was patrolling Young’s Hill in these pictures to check if any more chimpanzees made it on to her property (I think that she might prefer the company of some bonobos instead, given their matriarchal ways of life).

There’s no denying the twinkle in Willy B’s eye! I noticed it in the first photo y’all posted, when you announced that they would be moving to CSN. He’s an adorable, beautiful boy and that photo of Honey B is amazing. Such a long face and piercing eyes. While she does resemble Missy, she must have gotten her long face and body from her dad. Can’t wait for video!
