It almost looks like she’s smiling for the camera!
Jody seems to be the one who seeks out your attention and kisses more than any of the others (with the exception of Neggie on a good day). She seems to love to give you guys kisses! (or get them, as the case may be!)

She’s showing off some mighty fine choppers! And…posing for Peanut Butter?

To this list I will add:
Most Lovable Feature : That gorgeous droopy relaxed bottom lip of hers. Oh! And her eyes, I so love Jody’s eyes. (Speaking of her eyes, it looks as if her eye injury from last year healed perfectly.)

Jody is such a lovable and sweet chimp person. Here’s to Jody! XOXO

I loved those eyes in one of the pre-holiday dinners, I can’t remember if it’s Thanksgiving 2018 or Christmas 2015……but Jo comes over to the bars for some reassurance, pushes those lips through the bars, and the camera zeroes in on her face as her eyes dart back and forth to the caregiver’s face…….she’s wondering “Guys? Where’s that arm for me to kiss? Guys? A little reassurance here? Guys?”

Hi Linda, Oh yes, I know what you mean! And I enjoy the way you love these seven chimp people. I wonder if the chimps know there are people all over the world checking their devices on a daily basis just to see what adventures are occurring at the sanctuary.

On my table in my apartment sits a framed portrait of Jody, gnawing on some pine needles while laying on her belly. Her beautiful brown eyes peer directly into the camera. No matter how tired I might be when I get home at night, whenever I look over at my photographs of Jody and her friends (I hope to get pictures of Annie and Missy to complete my collection), she always puts a smile on my face. She is such a lovable and loving person, and she seems to be in her element when she is looking after her friends at the Sanctuary.
