Jody’s face is permanent wonder. It’s hope and expectation and awe, and it’s a reminder to us all to always be on the lookout for good things right around the bend.

The face of contentment.

Good things around the bend……….like pumpkins! 😀
LInda says
Since watermelon bowls were a hit, and they like pumpkins, have you ever done pumpkin bowls, with small sugar pumpkins? with things inside that they like?
Elizabeth says
You’re thinking like a caregiver! We have done sugar pumpkins, and they are just as exciting as you would imagine. 🙂
Linda says
I’ll take that as a compliment! 😀 If I lived in the neighbourhood, I’d be your best volunteer!
I have a cookbook called “Pumpkin”, by DeeDee Stovel. I love the recipes in there (black bean/pumpkin dip, pumpkin smoothies, etc.) If you can find a copy, you might make something extra fun for a party!

Her face is just as you said. And what a wonderful face it is. I thank God for all the work and love and aid that you and all the staff and volunteers have given these persons. It all shows in Jody’s face.
Tobin says
My thoughts, exactly.

Beloved. That’s what I think when I look at the top photo.
