The Lip

You can always tell when Negra is feeling extremely relaxed because she loses the motivation to control her lower lip. A Negra with a droopy lower lip is a very happy (and usually sleepy) Negra.

    Whenever Negra or one of the other chimpanzees is content, I am content. I trust that they will enjoy the new expansions to their property.

    I echo Tobin’s comment. When I see the chimps happy I am happy. And a happy, relaxed Negra fills my heart with joy and peace.
