Drifting into summer

June 20, 2018 by Anna

Today is the last day of spring, but it definitely feels like we are already deep into the summer months. We aren’t sure just what to do with ourselves in all this heat! The only sure sign that spring hasn’t quite left, is that the grass still has its lovely green pigment, and Negra keeps making her way outdoors to eat the fresh vegetation on Young’s Hill. With the end of spring, comes peak grass height! This morning the chimps disappeared into their 2 acre forest of grass!

I believe Negra is hooting her score of a perfect 10!! That was so fabulous I had to play it twice. Hysterical and adorable. Bravo Team CSNW!!!! (J.B. and all caregivers, you have the best sense of humor ????)

Had to begin my morning by watching this video two more times! Can’t believe the big stuffed animals are still surviving all the chimps love (or maybe these are new stuffed pals?!) and I love the ending where Missy bites into her snow and you can see the steam blow out of her mouth! And Missy and Annie using the napkins — this is all too wonderful.

Thank you CSNW for always delivering heart fluttering happiness to my life every day! That’s real GOLD!
