Springtime at the sanctuary is our favorite time of year – the chimps wake up extra happy and playful and then spend the morning picking wild greens and taking in the view from the top of Young’s Hill.

Is that Burrito & Foxie cudeling in the Main House at the beginning of the film?
Hi Diane – The video starts with Foxie hanging from Jamie’s arms, and then switches to Missy and Annie wrestling (with Jamie briefly in the foreground).
Wonderful to see the chimps enjoying a nice spring day. I wish I had their climbing ability.
Is that Burrito and Jody eating Negra’s prickly lettuce at the end?! What a fun video and an excellent ending with Jamie silhouetted against the clear blue sky! On a clear day you can see forever!
Hi Kathleen – Yes, they must have eaten pounds of prickly lettuce yesterday morning. Annie was close by doing the same, and Negra was over at the other patch at the top of the hill.
