Annie Chimpanzee Close-Up

June 14, 2014 by Diana

Annie gets more beautiful with each year that passes at the sanctuary. She is also more likely to be in a quiet moment where she doesn’t mind her human friends taking photos, so I was able to get a few very close-up photos of her beauty this afternoon. Which photo below is your favorite?

I pick 2 or 4 as my favorites. But the pic of the hand is the most artistic.

I like #1, since it’s a bigger perspective but I too love chimp hands so it’s a toss up! She is very beautiful and sort of serene!

Love the eyes in #2 but each photo tells a story. I can not possibly pick a favorite.

I like number 1 and the ones of her hand and mouth. What a beauty queen!

The picture of the hand is an amazing work of art worthy of being framed

I love them all, as matter of fact, I will print and frame them all, I love all the chimps but Annie is the prettiest, her snout, and her mouth is the best ,, and most distinctive feature that set her apart from the rest ,,

I love her fuzzy hairdo in #7, she always looks so cute with a little bed-head. So interesting to see the lines on her face and all the small white hairs in the close-up shots. But photo #6 of her hand is amazing — her long fingers and her small thumb and the soft wispy hairs on her elbow. And I love the way the skin around her nose is so smooth and creates a specific marking on he face , never noticed that before.

    Beautiful, thank you Diana.

    Hi Diana
They are all my favorite – every angle and bit of her is a marvel to behold! They all are!
