I don’t think Foxie trusts my welding skills.

LOL…..I particularly love Foxie’s “bite test.” Very important inspection technique. 🙂 Nice work JB!

regarding the ‘bite test’ … did you notice that immediately after the bite test, she looks around to see if anyone saw her administer it … funny girl …

Well, after all J.B. you are new to this skill, but I do think it passes the test (chimp and human). Thank you.

I love how Foxie looked it up and down and gave the structure a shake to test its strength. She obviously wanted to make sure it was sturdy enough. Has she climbed it yet?

Jamie must have encountered ladders in the past – she climbed right up.

Kat, I was up to the sanctuary yesterday and Foxie was using the ladder like a pro. She just needed to check it out first, just to make sure.

All of the Chimps were watching J.B. install the ladder and maybe Jamie saw J.B. climbing up and down? That’s all she needs to figure things out, just watch and she’s got it. Jamie is very smart.

i loved that , clever old Foxie , health and safety inspection first ! of course Jamie being the works foreman can tell just by looking when she sees a good piece of carpentry and welding , nice addition to the playroom xxx

Marie, that was exactly what went through my mind too. Jamie knows about these kinds of things : )

J.B., what a fine welder you’re becoming, I imagine the chimps loved watching you install it. Again, Jamie made me smile when I saw how fast she came out to get to the ladder, before everyone else.
