I love how she rubs her toes together even when hanging upside down. Happy girl.

She had a red haired troll in her mouth while climbing and hanging and then was tossing it in the very last bit -after the credits. Never without her beloved trolls.

they are so polite; foxie solicites but does not move forward until she gets the hand signal that it is OK to come get her hug.

It’s wonderful to see how much they use the windows.

Hanging upside down by her hands and then clapping her feet……..I almost coughed up a lung, I laughed so hard!! What a silly girl!! So wonderful to see how excited they are.

I loved seeing the hand signal from Jamie. And Foxie was so exstatic!!! Those toes just couldn’t stay still! Foxie, you are wonderful to brighten up so many lives just by being you. Thank you.

Indeed, J.B. we should all be like Foxie. The quality I admire and wish I could emulate most is the Seven’s ability to forgive humans for all humans put them through for so many years. I aim to be able to move on with life after hard times as well as they do.

LOL – what did you feed her for breakfast?! Joy juice? 🙂
That foot action is pretty cute – unrestrained excitement. Thanks for sharing that fun bit of footage!

Awesome. The hug was precious. The sunlight streaming in was so captivating. Everyone is happy. I am happy.

Foxie’s actions upside down reminded me of a song, Down Under by Australian band Men At Work:
Foxie plays with her trolls down under,
The Caregivers look on in wonder,
Can you hear, can you hear her grunting,
She’s gonna swing, she’s had a hug from Jamie.
I love how she throws the troll in the air and catches it, just the sort of thing we do with a ball or like I do at work with my pen. Great to see so much enjoyment yet again.
sometimes I see these videos and I just overflow with happiness for these wonderful creatures….pure happiness, and how able they are to find it, even after all the trauma they’ve endured before sanctuary. Few humans can remain so open and joyful after years of trauma. These chimps are amazing. inspiring. thanks so much for sharing.

Oh my goodness! Viewing this video and reading the blog brings tears to my eyes!! YES! YES! YES! what we all say is true and fantastic!! I loved seeing Foxie with a troll in her mouth because I was able to tell her story a BUNCH today! I purchased a troll headband at the auction and wore it at our “wacky hair” day at school…..I made everyone hear the story behind it and passed out many Burrito cards…..spreading the good news!!!
