Jamie cleans

September 5, 2010 by Elizabeth

Jamie is very human-oriented. She is always interested in what the humans in her home are doing and how they’re doing it. Out of the Cle Elum Seven chimpanzees, Jamie is the most likely to sit and watch while we work on a construction project, fix a mechanical problem, or scrub the playroom. It’s no surprise, then, that she participates when she can.

That is such a satisfying sound….the scrub brush on the floor. Jamie, you can come over to my house and scrub any time you want.

Add my address to the list after Kat’s. Jamie is such a cutie and it makes my heart happy to see her enjoying herself.

I just love that Jamie gets to do what she wants in the way she wants too. That is called freedom! Thank you for giving this to her.

I really love to watch Jamie or any member of the CE7 concentrating on what they are doing. The way they hold things and look around to see if anyone is taking notice of them. Brilliant to see it. Most importantly as said by Margaret & Karen above the freedom to come and go and do as they please.

Happy Labor Day to you all.

It’s a miracle Jamie doesn’t suffer from severe psychological problems with her quick mind and being locked up all those years with nothing to do. Jamie is a good scrubber!
