The chimpanzees loved their Easter/spring party yesterday. On the menu: baby carrots, tomatoes, mini cucumbers, chow biscuits, nuts, strawberries, blackberries, greens, bread, limes, popcorn, homemade banana chips, oranges, egg rolls, and pomegranate juice. Thanks to friends Robbi, Dick, and Stephanie for making this extravaganza possible!

Great Easter party! I’ve never heard Foxie squeak before, good to hear. Loved the butterfly pinata and the strawberry in Jody’s mouth.

Great video Elizabeth. What a fun party. Everyone was having so much fun. I liked the look on Negra’s face wondering what she was going to find in the pinata, the joy Jamie shared with Foxie in anticipation, Annie’s egg, Jody opening her gift, and Foxie’s amazing food squeaks. It seems the parties are getting to be more relaxed and enjoyable, thanks to all the wonderful people who love the chimps.

I was so excited to see Neggy digging into the pinata and actively participating (by actually moving her body! haha) Go Negra! What a great party, thank you to all the people who donated suprises, time and money. Yay for spring!

We love it! Negra looks so great! Actually she looks years younger! It is wonderful seeing her so involved. Loved all the sounds….the laughter and the food sqeaks especially. Thanks to everyone who helped make the spring party a great day for our friends.

M&K ~ You know, I couldn’t quite put my finger on what it was…I was just so thrilled to see Negra getting involved. But you are right! She DOES look younger. Let’s order up some more spring and some more piñata’s for that girl!!! 🙂 How positively marvelous!

I also liked how the girls were so careful with the Pinata. I’d have ripped it down and torn into it! The look on Negra’s face is wonderful – great concentration.
