Really great article: http://www.seattlemet.com/issues/archives/articles/chimpanzee-sanctuary-northwest-1209/
It’s hot off the presses (or at least recently uploaded to the world wide web) and the print version should be all over the Seattle area soon. Please share on your Facebook and Twitter pages and send to all of your contacts (you can do that by clicking “Email” or “Share This” at the top of the article when you go to the link). It not only tells the story of CSNW, but also the broader plight of chimpanzees in captivity.
I only wish Jamie knew how famous she is.

WOW!!! Many tears and many smiles. Truly an incredible article, I am so honored to do my small part in helping the chimps and the sanctuary. This article needs to spread all over the place it’s so well written and complete with some wonderful pictures.

It is thrilling that CSNW not only gives a wonderful home to seven individuals who have had a hell of a life up until now but also spreads the word so well about the truth about chimpanzees in the US.

I think this is one of the best articles I’ve read about CSNW. Bravo!

Fantastic Article! I agree Amy, it might be one of the best I’ve read. I really like that the author doesn’t try and sugar-coat anything. It offers no excuses for keeping primates in research labs or in entertainment. Well done!

Great article! It nice to a little bit more about our caretakers. I had no clue you all knew each other from school. What a terrific team you make : )
