Dinner

August 12, 2009 by Elizabeth

For dinner this afternoon, the chimps foraged on blueberries, cherries, and bowls of mashed potatoes with sundried tomatoes. Yum!

Daang, can I join them for dinner?
I love how Burrito is checking out the gals to make sure no one sneaks up on him!

Well considering Burrito had FOUR bowls of mashed potato I imagine watching out for the women was good idea! (I know how he feels!)

Am I mistaken, or are the chimps pretty efficient cherry-pit spitters?

Anna: You are not mistaken. Jody, in particular, is a pitting machine. She is somewhat phenomenal to watch!

LOL – those pits were popping back out so fast I wasn’t sure if that’s what I was really seeing! 🙂 Thanks, Elizabeth.

I love watching Burrito eat! He enjoys his food so much. Is that Missy with the spoon being well mannered? I enjoyed the pit spitting, too…LOL. The 7 certainly know when it’s time to eat it will be good!
