Sparkling Cider Enrichment

July 24, 2009 by J.B.

Today we loaded up a spray bottle with sparkling cider for the chimps. Everyone enjoyed the spray, although Negra had to take a break to spy on us in the mirror, and Missy and Jamie decided they would prefer theirs in a cup.

This has got to be the neatest thing yet! That smart Missy and Jamie. They have the right idea to get a good long drink!

You know, I could have watched you guys doing this all day. What a great treat for them! I think of all those years that they endured without any form of enrichment or open space. And I love the mirror segment…LOL! Now look at them! Well done!

This video was so fun to watch. What a fun time everyone was having, including JB. I can’t wait to see what you think of next to tantalize the 7. LOL I bet they are wondering, too!

I’d just got through watching the “JK Wedding Dance” video on You Tube and thoroughly enjoyed it. Then I went over to today’s blog and got to smile again at this great video. Now did they know to open their mouths or did you have to show them what you intended with the spray bottle?

Hahahaha! I love it! Missy and Jamie sure made it clear they wanted more. Smart girls! It’s great to see them getting such wonderful enrichment after all the years of boredom. I know they look forward to seeing what you guys will come up with next. Kudos on a bright idea!
