Thank you, Dusty for the very gentle post. I really enjoyed watching Cy watching the train. Great choice of music…

Thank you, Dusty! As a matter of fact, I just returned from reading for a couple of hours after the gym, at a nature sanctuary that overlooks the ocean/Second beach! The weather was too nice to come straight home! I would happily spend a day on the platform, reading with Raynie!
Terry grooming his flowers never gets old…he’s your own Ferdinand!
Cy watching the train….I know it’s a freight train, but I wonder if the people working on it ever pass by and wonder what that place on the hill is? Ill bet they could never guess!

Lovely video. Thanks. Gives a geat sense of the relaxation to be felt in the soft grass under the warm sun, feeling the slight breeze, smelling the clean air. Who wouldn’t want to take advantage of all that? So glad these lucky chimps have that fabulous option.

What a gorgeous day to soak in all the pleasures the Bray has to offer. So sweet seeing everyone peeking out from the chute. Gentle Terry the groomer of flowers stole my heart. Referring to yesterday’s post, it amazes me how those big hands and fingers can delicately groom flowers. Cy, like Neggie, likes to watch the passing trains. I wonder what they think of it all….

I’m posting this here because I just came across it. Another video I was watching referenced humans drinking from the hose in the summertime, and I commented how it’s not exclusive to us. That made me go on a search for one of the sanctuary’s videos, and this came up from Wildlife Waystation. I had not seen it before, but I think we’ll now understand why the technique was not a mystery:smile:.

Linda! What a great find! I love how Honey B holds the hose with one foot so her hands can perform all the fun tasks. Now we have a deeper insight into what spurred on her incredible Hose Caper!! 🙂

        Sure does!
She washes her hands, like Annie (but not her face)

Wow, the hills covered with flowers are beautiful! Especially just to the left side behind George. Just blanketed. What was that gesture Cy was giving to the train? Git! Git on outta here now! Linda!! Great find!!!! Honey being HoneyB. That last photo of the video was so peaceful.

oh, and I love how the plants are taking over the Chute! That will just get prettier and prettier. A teeny tiny Terry is just the sweetest ever.
