A few weeks ago, Krissy posted a blog titled ‘Wrestle Mania!‘ about a morning here in the chimp house where we had three different pairs of chimps in Jamie’s group playing in three different front rooms. Today, I wanted to share some more footage with you from that fun morning- plus a few more clips I’ve snagged since then! Despite both groups of chimps having access to multiple enclosures, indoor / outdoor spaces, and their big outdoor spaces, there’s just something about the front rooms that they all seem to love. 🙂

Lovely to see Missy and Annie…..the two BFF’s, playing together, and was that the hat thst Jamie was so elegantly wearing recently. I’m still recovering from my broken hip, and I can’t tell you how much the daily blogs have helped me and brought laughter back. Burrito gave me lots of ideas the other day on how to use my exercise ball, although he’s far more athletic than me, so I’ll have to pass on the head banging ones and a few others!
I hope your hip heals up soon!

Like Linda pointed out, the game where Jamie has Foxie pulling her from room to room by her finger is a new technique I haven’t seen before. It is heartwarming to see Annie tussling with her BFF Missy, made me recall the early days. Loved Missy squatting to almost sit on Annie’s lap while Annie pats Missy’s bum with her foot! Annie and Negra was a crack up! I was thinking yo myself that Annie needed to go easy on Negra because she’s an older gal now but the remembered Annie’s an older gal too! Thanks for sharing the Front Room Shenanigans Part 2 with us!!

Annie was really playing with everyone! First a nice play session with BFF Missy. Even Neggie couldn’t resist a wrestling match (with Foxie as ref, of course). I simply can’t believe she’s turning 50 this year! Surely you’re off by a few decades!
