I think it’s fairly well known that Burrito is the jokester among his group. He is constantly making people laugh with his silly antics. He is so funny he can get anyone to usually join in, even Jamie for a little bit! However, if no one is in the mood to play, no biggie- Burrito always has a good time entertaining himself! I think the same could be said for Honey B. Honey B is so funny and always playing pranks on her caregivers, but when she is in the mood to play she is the goofiest of her group member’s.
Bonus Neggie 🙂

Infinitely adorable Burrito. Those beautiful eyes are just full of mischief and of course, there just HAS to be a headstand in there. Well done Foxie for keeping up!

Oh, the fun you can have with a plain old paper bag. Burrito makes the most of the day.

Oh Burrito! We LOVE you! You are a gem.

I know that Burrito can be a goofball but I don’t think of Honey B being that way. When she is up to her escapades they are so much fun to watch beause she is usually being naughty. That’s why I love her.

What is Burrito’s secret? Here he is, giving his slinky the kind of treatment which only someone with seven times the strength of the average adult human primate, and yet his toy lives to see another day. By comparison, circa 1972 I would no sooner have taken my slinky home from Murphy’s Five-and-Dime on the courthouse square in Rockville, Indiana than the wires would mangled into an irredeemable tangle. Yet further proof that it is so much better to be a chimpanzee — and an ageless bon vivant named Burrito — than a human.

What do you do for enrichment at the sanctuary? Well, you take a couple of paper bags and introduce them to Burrito and before you know it he has created a game of shake, rattle and roll which he shares with Foxie. Then Honey B joins the fun with her style of shenanigans! Never mind the toys lying about. This is a new and fun game.
Class clowns indeed!

I like the sneaky camera pan to Jamie after she very clearly told you NO!
And the quick camera pan back to Burrito before you get caught

The first time I turned it on, there was no sound…I knew better, so I refreshed to hear, as Susan says, that shake, rattle, and roll! Good to see The Tiny One, and Bonus Neggie is always a good thing!

Crinkly bags, legs in the air, toy in mouth, what more do you need?! Ahh yes, Foxie! And perhaps some slinky calisthenics. Love the contrast between Burrito and Foxie’s shenanigans and Jamie concentrating on her intricate project. And then there’s Honey B goofing off with Dora! Everyone doing what they love. Including dear, droopy lip Negra in her favorite spot. What a sweet grouping of photos.

Beautiful, Negra

Who knew brown paper bags could be so much fun to play with!
