In memory of Susan

March 12, 2022 by Katelyn

Thank you so much, Paula Griffith, for sponsoring a day of sanctuary for the chimpanzees and your sister, Susan Griffith!

“In memory of my sister, Susan, on her birthday. She was a wonderful dog and cat mama and a fierce animal advocate. She loved the face of Honey B.”

Paula, there are many ways in which you could choose to honor and celebrate Susan and her memory, and it means so much to us that you chose to include the chimpanzees as you celebrate your sister today. We hope your heart is full of joyful and comforting memories.

Dear Honey B and her sweet face:

    Paula,

I can concur with your sister Susan’s good taste: Honey B is lovely to behold. Perhaps even better than the beauty of her bright eyes and her irresistable play face is how welcoming she has been to her six new neighbors. .

What a way to remember your sister, Paula: by adding brightness to the day of those who brightened hers!
