Meetings galore!

February 24, 2022 by Anna

We’ve still got a busy day ahead of us- full of multiple staff meetings, so that means a quick blog before lunchtime! Here are a couple moments I captured from this morning’s events.

Old friends, Negra and Jody eating breakfast together in the portrait studio:

Cy and his reading material:

ooh I love seeing the two of them together in the Photo Booth! Nice catch Anna! And isn’t that just the sweetest photo of Cy?!!

Neggie in the top pic reminds me of a postcard I have of a cheeky little Barbary macaque: happy with her orange….when I look at that postcard, I think, “all it takes to be content is an orange…”.
Of course, we know it takes much more. Thank you for providing them with all sources of contentment.

Thanks Anna for sending out into the universe these three photos. Seeing Jody & Neggie enjoying breakfast together and Cy looking up from his favorite read brightened my dreary day!

I’ve wondered about Negra’s ear. Does anyone know what happened?

Thank you. I hope she doesn’t remember.

Chimps fight. They don’t know how it happened, but they told us the day Foxie went from two perfect ears to 1.5

To me it looks like a picture of two very “old” friends, just sitting together eating breakfast…..no words needed because they enjoy each other”s company.
And Cy, well……. also no words needed.
